By downloading or using LinStyle, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

📋 1. Agreement

These terms form a legal agreement between you and the operator of LinStyle (“we”, “us”) regarding your use of the mobile application and related services.

If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

✨ 2. Description of Service

LinStyle provides style and grooming guidance based on facial analysis, including suggestions for hair, beard, skin care, and eyewear.

• Content is for informational and entertainment purposes only.
• LinStyle is not a medical, dermatological, psychological, or professional styling service.
• Do not rely on the app for health decisions, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Results may vary based on photo quality, lighting, and device capabilities.

👤 3. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract under the laws of your country. If you are under the age required in your jurisdiction, you may use the app only with permission from a parent or guardian.

💳 4. Subscriptions and Purchases

Some features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase through Google Play.

• Prices, billing period, and renewal terms are shown in the store before you confirm payment.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel in Google Play account settings before the renewal date.
• Refunds are handled according to Google Play policies; we do not control store refund decisions.
• You may restore purchases on a new device using the same Google account, subject to store rules.

📜 5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for unlawful, harmful, or harassing purposes.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use (including photos of others without consent).
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the app or its infrastructure.
• Circumvent paywalls, licensing, or security measures.

We may suspend or limit access if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms.

The app, branding, UI, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You retain rights to photos and content you provide. You grant us permission to process that content only as needed to operate features you use (see our Privacy Policy).

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY OF ANALYSIS, OR UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE.

Style suggestions are opinions generated by software; you are responsible for how you apply them in real life.

🛡️ 8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of LinStyle.

Our total liability for any claim related to the app shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the app or subscriptions in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or zero if you used only free features.

🚪 9. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may discontinue or modify features with reasonable notice where practicable.

Sections that by nature should survive (disclaimers, liability limits, governing law) remain in effect after termination.

⚖️ 10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction of the app operator, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country still apply where they cannot be waived.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted at this URL with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
